Des Moines Roofing & Insulation, Inc. is a certified applicator for Firestone Building products, specifically EPDM Rubbergard™ Roofing Systems. Our services include:

• Maintenance and repairs to existing built-up roofs / EPDM rubber roofing systems
• Recover or replacement of existing roofing systems with the Firestone EPDM Rubber roofing system.

We are committed to properly installing this time-proven roofing technology. Our reputation as a commercial roofing contractor is based on demonstrated field performance of the Firestone EPDM Rubbergard™ Roofing Systems over the past 30 years and our ability to install these systems correctly. DMRI employees share many years of experience in the installation of Firestone EPDM membrane.

The Firestone Building Products’ systems that we install carry long-term warranties, ranging from 10 to 30 years, covering all aspects of the roofing installation to include workmanship and materials. Firestone’s Red Label warranties feature a “no dollar limit” (NDL) and are non pro-rated.

Our commercial roofing systems are inspected and approved by a certified Firestone Technical Representative prior to the issuance of any warranty.
